ssh8 Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the ssh8 website accessible at ssh8.io, including all subpages, features, services, games, and betting markets made available to registered players.
• "Player" / "You" means any individual who has registered an account on the ssh8 platform and is using its services in accordance with these Terms.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by you on the ssh8 platform, associated with your verified mobile number and identity.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in your ssh8 account at any given time, excluding any bonus funds that remain subject to wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, match bonuses, or other incentive amounts credited to your account by ssh8, which are subject to separate wagering conditions prior to withdrawal.
• "Bet" / "Wager" means any sports bet, casino game stake, or other real-money transaction placed by a Player using account funds on the ssh8 platform.
• "Deposit" means a transfer of real money from your personal bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay mobile wallet into your ssh8 account balance.
• "Withdrawal" means a transfer of verified real-money funds from your ssh8 account balance to your personal verified payment method.
• "Prohibited Conduct" means any action described in Section 9 of these Terms that is expressly forbidden on the ssh8 platform.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6, which is the operative time zone for all time-sensitive matters under these Terms.

2.1   By accessing the ssh8 platform at ssh8.io, completing the account registration process, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, including any additional rules, policies, or guidelines incorporated by reference, such as the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy.

2.2   These Terms apply to all users of the ssh8 platform, including visitors who browse the platform without a registered account and registered players who hold an active account.

2.3   Where a conflict exists between these Terms and any specific game rules, bonus terms, or promotional conditions published on the platform, the more specific rule or condition shall apply to the relevant activity, and these Terms shall govern all matters not addressed by the specific rule.

2.4   ssh8 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. See Section 12 for the full Amendments policy.

3.1   To be eligible to register and maintain an account on ssh8, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a resident of or physically located in Bangladesh;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee of ssh8 or any of its affiliated entities or service providers;
• You have not previously been excluded from the ssh8 platform or had an account permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms.

3.2   ssh8 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of your eligibility — including a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate — at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawal requests pending verification.

3.3   Any player who provides false information regarding their age, identity, or location during registration or at any subsequent point is in material breach of these Terms. ssh8 may close such accounts without notice and may retain any funds deposited pending investigation in accordance with applicable fraud-prevention procedures.

4.1   To access real-money betting and casino services on ssh8, you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. Registration requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid mobile number registered to a Bangladeshi mobile wallet (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay).

4.2   Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the ssh8 platform. Holding multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where ssh8 identifies duplicate accounts, it reserves the right to close all associated accounts and cancel any pending bets, bonuses, or withdrawal requests without prior notice.

4.3   You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any other person. ssh8 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access arose from your failure to maintain credential security.

4.4   If you become aware of, or suspect, any unauthorised access to your account or any security breach affecting your credentials, you must immediately contact the ssh8 support team. The support team will take appropriate steps to secure your account, which may include a temporary suspension pending investigation.

4.5   Account registration is free of charge. ssh8 does not levy any registration fee or account maintenance fee. Charges may apply to payment transactions at the discretion of your mobile wallet provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay), and ssh8 is not responsible for any such third-party transaction charges.

5.1   ssh8 supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively through verified Bangladeshi mobile wallet services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. International bank cards, wire transfers, cryptocurrency, and any other payment methods not listed here are not accepted.

5.2   The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum transaction limits may apply and are communicated within the account dashboard at the time of the transaction.

5.3   Deposits are credited to your ssh8 account balance in real time upon successful confirmation from your mobile wallet provider. ssh8 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's systems or network conditions.

5.4   Withdrawal requests are processed by ssh8 within fifteen (15) to thirty (30) minutes during BST business hours (08:00–22:00 BST). Requests submitted outside these hours will be processed at the start of the next available processing window. Processing times may extend where identity verification is pending or where a withdrawal triggers a fraud-prevention review.

5.5   All withdrawals must be sent to the same mobile wallet account that was used to make the original deposit. ssh8 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. If your registered payment method changes, you must contact support to update your details and complete re-verification before a withdrawal to the new method can be processed.

5.6   ssh8 reserves the right to withhold a withdrawal request and conduct identity and source-of-funds verification before releasing funds where the cumulative withdrawal amount exceeds applicable thresholds or where the account activity triggers an automated risk review.

6.1   ssh8 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, deposit match offers, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to registered players. Each offer is subject to specific terms — including eligible games, qualifying deposit amounts, wagering requirements, minimum odds, and expiry periods — which are communicated on the promotional page or in the offer notification at the time the bonus is issued.

6.2   Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are not available for withdrawal until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or, where stated, the bonus plus deposit amount) must be wagered on eligible games or markets before a withdrawal of associated winnings may be processed.

6.3   ssh8 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus, cancel any associated winnings, or close an account where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player is engaging in bonus abuse — including but not limited to placing opposing bets, using multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or exploiting promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play.

6.4   Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bonuses are available to one player per household, per device, and per IP address. Where ssh8 identifies that multiple accounts from the same household or device have claimed the same promotional offer, it may void the duplicate claims and retain the associated bonus funds.

6.5   ssh8 reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or discontinue any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice. Modification of an active promotion will not, however, affect bonuses already credited to a player's account and already accepted by the player prior to the modification.

7.1   All bets placed on the ssh8 sportsbook are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport and market. Cricket bets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and Bangladesh national team fixtures — are subject to cricket-specific rules regarding match abandonment, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method adjustments, and minimum overs requirements, which are published in the sportsbook help section.

7.2   A bet is confirmed only when it has been accepted by the ssh8 system and a confirmation message is displayed. ssh8 reserves the right to void a bet prior to confirmation in the event of a manifest pricing error. Where a bet is voided, the staked amount is returned to the player's account balance.

7.3   ssh8 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake or maximum payout on any individual bet or market at its sole discretion, including where a player has previously been identified as a professional bettor or where the market depth warrants a stake ceiling.

7.4   In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to real-time availability. ssh8 may suspend a live market at any time without notice — for example, during a wicket, penalty, or other significant event — and any bets submitted during a market suspension will not be accepted. ssh8 is not responsible for the failure of a live bet to be placed due to market suspension or connectivity issues on the player's side.

7.5   ssh8 will not be liable for bets placed on incorrect odds resulting from a typographical or technical error. Such bets may be voided at the platform's discretion, with the stake returned to the player's balance.

8.1   ssh8 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools that help players manage their activity. All registered players have access to the following responsible gaming features from within their account settings, effective immediately upon activation:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you may deposit into your account;
• Loss Limits: Caps on the total amount you may lose within a defined period;
• Session Time Reminders: Notifications that alert you when your gaming session has reached a pre-set duration;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporary account restrictions of between 24 hours and 6 weeks;

9.1   The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ssh8 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of all pending bets and bonuses, and permanent closure of the account with or without return of the account balance, depending on the severity and nature of the breach:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity or age information;
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to place bets or interact with games;
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or glitches in games or betting markets to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion with other players, or any conduct that undermines the integrity of a sporting event or casino game;
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering or any other financial crime through the platform;
• Using the platform for any commercial or business purpose without the express prior written consent of ssh8;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the technical infrastructure of the ssh8 platform;
• Abusing, threatening, or harassing ssh8 staff or other users of the platform.

10.1   All content on the ssh8 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, interface design, and underlying code — is the intellectual property of ssh8 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

10.2   You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ssh8 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not confer any ownership rights.

10.3   You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, download, display, post, transmit, or otherwise exploit any content from the ssh8 platform in any form without the prior written consent of ssh8. Any unauthorised use of platform content may constitute an infringement of intellectual property rights and may expose you to civil or criminal liability.

11.1   To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ssh8 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of opportunity — even if ssh8 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11.2   ssh8 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Where permitted by law, all implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are disclaimed.

11.3   ssh8's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your ssh8 account in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.4   Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.

12.1   ssh8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — affecting player rights, financial terms, or eligibility conditions — ssh8 will provide reasonable notice by publishing a notice on the platform or by sending a notification to your registered contact details at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.

12.2   Minor amendments — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substance of the Terms, or updates to reflect new features that do not impose additional obligations on players — may be made without advance notice and will take effect upon publication.

12.3   Your continued use of the ssh8 platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and request the closure of your account before the amendments take effect.

13.1   These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. ssh8 operates as a safe and reliable platform committed to fair play and player security, and conducts its operations with reference to internationally recognised standards for online gaming.

13.2   In the event of a dispute between you and ssh8, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through the ssh8 customer support process. If the matter cannot be resolved through support, it shall be referred to formal dispute resolution in accordance with the platform's disputes procedure, details of which are available from the support team.

13.3   These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and any translated version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail.
